COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - 24TH MARCH 2020
Hope everyone is staying safe and practicing social distancing as well as correct hand hygiene habits.
The Australian Dental Association (ADA) has briefed us with the following update:
Operation Level - Level 2 (Reduce)
We are deferring routine dental treatment that is considered to be non-urgent
Until further notice, we will be providing emergency dental treatment
We understand the need for self-isolation in order to flatten the curve, so in the event that you cannot come in or not sure if you should come in we are offering teledentistry consultations.
Teledentistry is the use of online video chat to communicate and consult with patients. This is a free service to guide you, there are so many things we aren’t sure of at the moment, don’t let dental discomfort be one of them.

Once again, thank you for your understanding, we will ensure to keep you updated.

COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - 23RD MARCH 2020
Our thoughts are with the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we commend the healthcare workers around the world who are on the front line working to contain COVID-19 Coronavirus.
As you may have heard the Victorian Government is planning to implement a shutdown of all non-essential activity over the next 24 hours and we are currently working through what this means for our practice and our patients.
In the meantime, our clinic will be open and here to help you with any of your dental needs. We have previously been advised by the Federal Government that dentistry is considered an "Essential Service".
Our clinic continues to follow guidelines provided by the Government, Australian Dental Authority and local health authorities to protect the health and well-being of our patients and staff.
Thank you for your understanding, we will ensure to keep you updated. In the meantime please continue to practice social distancing, keep safe and be kind to one another.
